The Installation Standard
A luxury lawn is only as good as the ground beneath it. We apply masonry-grade standards to our base prep to ensure it never sinks or holds water.
1. The "Bender Board" Edge
We install a Flexible PVC Bender Board perimeter that contours to your landscape, anchored with Galvanized Staples. This creates a clean, defined separation between your mulch beds and the turf that won't rot like wood.
2. Deep Excavation & RC6 Base
We excavate 5–6 inches to install a 4-inch base of RC6 Recycled Concrete, compacted inch-by-inch. This creates a rock-solid, permeable foundation that won't sink or get lumpy over time.
3. 2.7oz Woven Barrier
We install a commercial-grade Woven Polypropylene Barrier. We layer this below and above the base to prevent mud migration and stop aggressive weeds from piercing the turf from below.
4. HeroFill® Antimicrobial Infill
We use HeroFill, a premium green-colored sand. Infused with Zinc Omadine™, it inhibits mold and reduces ammonia odors from pet urine, keeping the yard smelling fresh.
